In case of a permanent contract there will be an evaluation two months after start of employment, with the client, candidate and Alice Pley Search. Should it appear that the candidate does not meet the requirements or wants to leave the organisation on his or her own initiative, Alice Pley Search will start another search, free of charge.
In addition, Alice Pley Search offers candidates in permanent positions coaching sessions during their first year. These sessions are designed to enable the professional to be even more successful.
